City Council will conduct a public hearing at 7 PM on July 22nd to act on a request for rezoning the Davies Property from RM Residential Medium to CU Commercial Urban; approval of a general development plan for an upper-story mixed-use building of 276 multifamily units and 10,796 square feet of retail, office or other commercial uses on the ground floor; and special exceptions on the property at 4131 Chain Bridge Road.

​​​The Board of Architectural Review (BAR) recommended approval of the Special Exceptions and issuance of a Major Certificate of Appropriateness on June 18th. The Planning Commission voted 4-2 to recommend disapproval of the Paradigm Proposal on June 23rd.
